Position Summary: The primary role of the Operations Representative is to function as the customer support representative in all related warehouse activities. You will collaborate with colleagues to maintain the warehouse and provide our clients with great service.
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed by management):
- Provide superior customer service in warehouse operation
- Safely pull and load orders for clients and customers verifying the invoice matches the pulled material.
- Assists in gathering materials to build loads / orders.
- Operate the warehouse forklifts once training and certification has been achieved
- Informs store management or personnel of any customer complaints or requests in a timely manner.
- Listens to and resolves service complaints.
- Help unload transport trucks for restocking material
- Covers exposed materials, when required, to prevent weather damage
- Be knowledgeable about products in warehouse

Position Summary: The primary role of Millwork assembly is to assist Milllwork Operation Operator support from from milling wood to packaging profile mouldings. This can include milling wood, wrapping products, inventory finished material, quality control

- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assists in keeping inventory for finished wood products

Position Summary: The primary role of Stair Tread Assembly is to assist other team members to create stair treads from rough lumber to a finished stair tread.
Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed by management):
- Milling of wood lumber (may it be sawing, measuring, sanding etc.)
- Gluing of wood staves to create stair treads
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assists with team members to inspect finished product and finish order per work order.
- Operates with a strict awareness of all safety guidelines
- Practice proper material handling techniques to ensure minimal damage to products and inventory
- Executes and understands the importance of time management, standards of operating procedures, owner’s manuals and product/warning labels
Demand of position:

The primary role for counter sales representative is to provide great customer service, consistently maintain the image of our Unique Wood Products Organization. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally. An outstanding Front Desk Representative should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, others duties may be assigned as needed by management. (Responsibilities are shared duties with team members)
- We are a service based business so warmly greeting all clients or customers upon entering the office.
- Answering incoming calls, taking down messages if needed, providing assistance to customers.
- Ring up purchases on Point of Sales System (Quickbooks)
- Ensure desk area is neat, tidy and presentable
- Creating quotes, work orders and invoicing orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection and inventory
- Learning the company products, uses and apply product knowledge to assist customers for their building material needs.
- Update / maintain showroom product stock level
- Due dlilgence of light cleaning of office area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
- Ensuring that our clients has a great experience and leaves the premises satisfied.
- Operate cash box and balance daily (this will include opening and closing duties)
- Position is shared with other team players and posses a can-do attitude.
